We are a diverse community of students and young advocates from different grades, schools, races, and genders, united by a common mission: to raise awareness about scoliosis and support those affected by it. Our differences make us stronger, allowing us to bring unique perspectives, talents, and experiences to the table. Together, we educate, empower, and inspire, creating a space where everyone can contribute to making early detection and proper care accessible for all.

Who We are

Our Team

Yile Xu

My name is Yile Xu, a Class of 2028 student at North Broward Preparatory School. At age 10, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, and thanks to early detection and proper treatment, I fully recovered. Not everyone is as fortunate, as many only discover scoliosis when it becomes severe. This inspired me to join ScolioStars International, where I help educate communities about scoliosis and support individuals who lack access to resources, ensuring they receive timely care.
